Also everyone in the building spoke and were nice. I let Krista know my situation , and what I needed and she chose the PERFECT car for me! Didn’t have to look any further ! Excellent!!!! Our seller, Chris Terry, was more than patient when it came to many questions we had on-line. We drove over 1.5 hours and he was waiting outside with keys in hand as we pulled in. Had to have several repairs done and everything was taken care. Nick the Service Assoc. was very easy to work with. My only 2 issues are the price of the repairs and having to pay 3% to use a credit card.

I went for my first time to Nissan of Rivergate to get my oil changed. The atmosphere was very nice. Customer service was so friendly. I felt very comfortable, and at home. Dusti gave me a list of services that were recommended for my car, but not once pushed me to do anything up front. My key fob battery have been low for a while. This place was recommended to me from one of my customers who has used them for 10+ years and she had nothing but great things to say. Sometimes it is intimidating as a single woman to take your car in for service. There is always something in the back of my mind that I may be told that I need services that may not be necessary. But I feel that my Service Advisor, Rich makes me feel that he only recommends services that are needed and I appreciate him. I also love that during this cold weather that I can get my tires inflated.
